We are proud to be one of the oldest Karate schools in Lancaster county. Training with us will give you the opportunity to learn a traditional Japanese style of martial arts. We do not teach moves you see on TV we only will teach you what you need to know to defend yourself in real life situations.
Classes are held at the Ephrata Rec center & Adamstown YMCA.
